As a practice that likes to blend traditional values with modern veterinary technology, we’re committed to investing in the best equipment for our patients and clients, including extensive in-house diagnostic facilities to help make the diagnosis process a little easier.
Our onsite digital x-ray, ultrasound, cardiology, ECG, endoscopy, microscopy and laboratory facilities mean that you won’t need to travel for a quick and accurate diagnosis, and we have excellent relationships with local referral centres and visiting specialists should your pet need more complex diagnostics or treatment.
Cardiology
Our visiting RCVS-recognised specialist in veterinary cardiology can advise on cardiology and respiratory issues.
Behaviour
Our nursing team can offer advice on any behavioural concerns, and run consultations from our Mona, Bangor and Menai Bridge sites.
Surgeries
Our team has access to fully-equipped operating theatres, orthopaedic and anaesthetic monitoring equipment and more.
Digital x-ray
Our digital x-ray machines can help diagnose bone and joint disorders and chest and abdomen problems.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound allows us to look at soft tissue structure and heart functions and detect tumours, foreign objects and pregnancy.
ECG
ECG allows us to investigate the rate and rhythm of your pet’s heart and monitor heart rate during anaesthetics.
Microscopy
We can examine samples such as blood, urine and skin scrapings under a microscope to aid diagnosis.
In-house laboratory
We offer haematology, biochemistry, blood analysis, thyroid and endocrine diagnosis and more.
Referrals
We are always happy to refer pets to local specialist centres for advanced treatments such as spinal or cataract surgery.
